Tuning $150

Basic tuning service appointments include tuning and minor repairs. If a piano is significantly off-pitch--usually due to not having been serviced for a considerable number of years, going through major changes in temperature and humidity, or both--a pitch correction (extra tuning pass) may be needed, which incurs an additional $50 charge.

Basic cleaning $75

Basic cleaning is appropriate for newer or recently cleaned pianos and includes cleaning of the keytops, case, and soundboard. This does not include mold removal or animal-related cleaning.

Deep Cleaning $150

Deep cleaning is appropriate for pianos that have not been cleaned in a long time. This service includes thorough cleaning of the keytops, case, soundboard, action, and inside of the piano. This does not include mold removal or animal-related cleaning.

Condition report $100

This is an inspection of a piano's condition with a verbal or written report as requested, and is often done pre-purchase or pre-sale.
